UI/UX & Product Design

Product design users understand the first time

Research-led interfaces that make products easy to learn and hard to leave.

Overview

How we approach it.

Most usability problems are cheaper to fix on a screen design than in code. We start with research into who your users are and what they are trying to do, map the journeys, and turn them into wireframes and clickable prototypes that real people can try. Development only begins once the flows make sense to the people who will use them.

For existing products we look at analytics, recordings and support complaints to find where people get stuck, then redesign those steps first. Every project ends with a documented design system, so your developers can build new screens consistently and the product keeps one look as it grows.

Outcomes

What changes for your business.

01

Easier to learn

New users can complete key tasks without training or support calls.

02

More users who convert

Clearer flows remove the friction that makes people abandon sign-ups and checkouts.

03

Faster, cleaner development work

Developers build from tested, documented designs instead of guessing.

What's included

Handled end to end by specialists.

User research and journeys

Interviews, analytics review and journey maps that show how users really behave.

Wireframes and prototypes

Low and high-fidelity screens linked into clickable prototypes in Figma.

Design systems

Reusable components, colours, typography and rules that keep the product consistent.

Usability testing

Sessions with real users to find and fix confusing steps before build.

Conversion-focused redesigns

Targeted redesigns of the pages and flows where users drop off.

Developer handover

Annotated designs, specs and assets ready for your engineering team.

Process

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. Research

We talk to users and study data to understand goals and pain points.

  2. Map

Key journeys and information structure are agreed with your team.

  3. Prototype

Clickable prototypes are built and tested with real users.

  4. Refine

Designs are finalised and handed over as a documented system.

A short, focused engagement to test one idea or fix one problem flow quickly.

Embedded designer

A designer working with your product team monthly, suited to products under active development.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you design only, or also build?

Both. We can hand designs to your developers or have our own engineering team build them, which keeps design intent intact through to launch.

How do you test designs with users?

We run moderated or remote sessions with people who match your users, using clickable prototypes. We watch where they hesitate and fix those steps before development.

Can you redesign part of an existing product?

Yes. We often start with the flows causing the most drop-off or support calls, and redesign them without changing the whole product at once.

What files do we receive?

You receive the Figma files, the design system, exported assets and developer specs. All designs belong to you.
